what a fantastic day. i took part in the dukethon 1malaysia run this morning. and ran 5km the whole way! timing was 34 minutes (i.e. 4 minutes earlier than my shape run). and the coolest part was when i realised that i was one of the 100 lucky participants to get the finisher's medal. apparently, i took 41st place under women's open category. yeah!
btw, azry said that i ran like mee hoon lembik!

Again..I missed this one..sigh...sebab lambat register...hahahah...fun kan dapat lari dekat highway...
i think i'll just stick to driving fast and rempit between cars and lorries. More fun. And sometimes a twitch on the hand brake to make things interesting and making everything move to one side. Anyways congrats on the run. I wouldn't last a km he he. Maybe bicycle can kut with your same time ha ha.
